Terms of Service

By accessing GirlsDoVR you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. Your account is personal to you — don't share your login or redistribute any content you stream or download.

Memberships renew automatically at the plan rate until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. All content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only and remains the property of GirlsDoVR and its performers.

Prohibited content & conduct

GirlsDoVR has zero tolerance for illegal content. We do not produce, host, or permit — and you may not request, post, or attempt to use the site in connection with — any content depicting or promoting:

• Any person under 18 years of age, or anyone presented as appearing under 18 (including role-played, synthetic, or AI-generated depictions).
• Non-consensual sexual activity of any kind, including rape, sexual assault, or sexual violence — whether actual, claimed, or role-played.
• Incest, actual or implied.
• Bestiality or any sexual contact involving animals.
• Necrophilia.
• Persons who are, or appear to be, intoxicated, drugged, asleep, unconscious, or otherwise unable to consent, including content involving intoxication or drugs.
• Prohibited bodily fluids, including excrement or blood.
• Coercion, blackmail, hypnosis, or any scenario premised on a person's inability to refuse.
• Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or prostitution — including advertising, soliciting, or arranging in-person sexual services.
• Intimate-image abuse, including sexually explicit deepfakes or synthetic sexual content of any real person without verifiable permission.
• The sale or promotion of drugs, weapons, or other illegal products or services.

Violations result in immediate content removal and account termination, and are reported to the relevant authorities where required by law. See also our Anti-Trafficking Policy and Content Removal & Complaints policy.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GirlsDoVR — operated by Divine Entertainment LLC (“we”, “us”) — collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We're built privacy-first: we collect the minimum we need, we never sell or rent your personal data, and we keep sensitive age-verification documents off our servers.

Information we collect

• Account: your email, password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider), and any display name you choose.
• Billing: handled by our third-party payment processor. We receive a payment token and subscription status — we never see or store your full card number. Charges appear discreetly as GDVR MEDIA.
• Usage & viewing: scenes you watch, watch progress, favorites, and ratings — used to power features like Continue Watching and recommendations. Your viewing history is private.
• Device & technical: IP address, browser/headset type, and the devices linked to your headset login — used for playback, security, and fraud prevention.
• Age confirmation: handled by our third-party age-verification provider. We receive a pass/fail result and do not store any ID documents you may present to that provider.
• Marketing: if you join our waitlist or opt in, we store your email plus the exact consent wording you agreed to and the date you agreed.
• Referral (partner program): if you arrive through a partner's tracked link we set one first-party cookie on girlsdovr.com — __Host-gdvr_ref (gdvr_ref on non-HTTPS development builds) — set by our own server, not by a third party. It records the partner's code and their own placement label so we can credit the right partner if you join, and it lasts up to 90 days — the attribution window published on our partner program page. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address for the click, never the address itself. This cookie is not used for advertising, is never sold or shared, and is not read by any third party; clearing your cookies removes it.
• Advertising source: if you arrive from one of our advertisements, we record which advertisement brought you and share an anonymous click identifier with that advertising network so it can count the visit.
• Site analytics (PostHog): we use PostHog, an analytics service, to see how visitors use our public pages: click heat maps and, for visitors who are not signed in, recordings of page activity. Anything typed into a form is masked, videos are left out of recordings, and it does not run on our payment pages.
• Support: messages and details you send us when you ask for help.

How we use it

• To provide, secure, and improve the service and your account.
• To process payments and manage your membership.
• To personalize your experience (Continue Watching, recommendations).
• To confirm you're 18+, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
• To send service messages (e.g. verification, billing, security).
• To send marketing about launch, new releases, and offers — only if you opted in.
• To meet legal obligations, including age and records-keeping requirements.

Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

We rely on: performance of our contract with you (running your account); your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service); and legal obligations (age verification, records-keeping, tax).

How we share it

We share personal data only with service providers who run the platform on our behalf — payment processing, cloud hosting and content delivery, database and authentication, email delivery, and age verification — under contracts that limit them to our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or our performers. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A current list of our processors is available on request.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes; payment records for as long as the law requires; waitlist emails until you unsubscribe; and technical logs for a short period. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you can request to access, correct, delete, or port your data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and — for U.S. state-law residents — opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” (we do neither). Email [email protected] to exercise any right; we won't discriminate against you for doing so. You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime via the link in every email.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, signed and time-limited media links, hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

Children

GirlsDoVR is strictly for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it immediately.

International & changes

We operate from the United States; if you access GirlsDoVR from elsewhere, your data is processed in the U.S. We may update this policy and will revise the date above; we'll give prominent notice of significant changes.

DMCA / Copyright

Every scene on GirlsDoVR is produced in-house and owned by the studio and its performers. Reproducing, redistributing, or re-uploading our content anywhere is strictly prohibited and actively pursued.

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with the work in question, the infringing URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We respond to valid takedown requests promptly.

Content Removal & Complaints

GirlsDoVR — operated by Divine Entertainment LLC — takes reports about content on this site seriously. Anyone (members, non-members, and especially any person who appears in our content) can ask us to review or remove content, whether the concern is consent, legality, privacy, copyright, or anything else.

How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Content Removal Request”. Include: (1) a link to each scene, image, or page you're reporting; (2) who you are and how you're connected to the content (e.g. you appear in it, you own the rights, or you're reporting it as a third party); (3) the reason you believe it should be removed; and (4) contact details we can reach you at. Copyright-specific notices can also follow the process in the DMCA section. Submitting a request is free.

What happens next

We acknowledge every request and we review and resolve every removal request within 5 working days of receipt. If our review confirms the content is unlawful, non-consensual, or depicts anyone under 18, it is removed immediately upon that determination. Where a report credibly alleges non-consent or other unlawful content, we disable access to the reported content while the review is in progress. We'll tell you the outcome of your request at the contact details you provide.

Appeals

Any person depicted in content on this site may request its removal at any time. If there is disagreement about whether valid consent exists, we resolve the dispute promptly — including through review by a neutral third party where appropriate, at the merchant's expense — and the content remains disabled while the dispute is open. If you disagree with the outcome of your request, reply to our decision email and we'll re-review. We will never retaliate against anyone for making a good-faith report.

Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

GirlsDoVR memberships — operated by Divine Entertainment LLC — are recurring subscriptions. This policy explains how billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds work. The exact amount and interval are always shown to you at checkout and repeated in your receipt email.

Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically at the stated price and interval (for example, monthly, every 3 months, or every 12 months) until you cancel. Before you pay, checkout displays the amount due today, the renewal amount, the renewal interval, and the date of your first renewal. If an introductory or promo rate applies, your first term is charged at that rate and renewals are charged at the standard plan rate shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — your access continues until then, and you are not charged again. Email cancellations are honored within 1 business day of receipt. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds

We email a receipt for every charge. To request a refund, email [email protected]. Duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges are refunded promptly. Where a technical failure on our side prevents access and we can't resolve it, we refund the affected charge. Other requests are reviewed in good faith on a case-by-case basis, and we respond within 5 working days.

Statement descriptor

Charges appear on your card statement discreetly as “GDVR MEDIA”. No adult terminology appears on your statement.

Anti-Human Trafficking & Anti-Exploitation Policy

This Anti-Human Trafficking, Anti-Sex Trafficking & Anti-Prostitution Policy (“Policy”) is adopted by Divine Entertainment LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), the operator of girlsdovr.com (the “Site”). The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, and prostitution in any form. This Policy applies to all content on the Site, all performers, all employees and contractors of the Company, and all users of the Site.

1. Definitions

For purposes of this Policy: “Human trafficking” has the meaning given in 22 U.S.C. § 7102, including the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services through the use of force, fraud, or coercion. “Sex trafficking” has the meaning given in 18 U.S.C. § 1591, including causing a person to engage in a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion, or where the person is under 18 years of age. “Coercion” includes threats of serious harm, physical restraint, abuse or threatened abuse of law or legal process, and any scheme intended to cause a person to believe that failure to perform an act would result in serious harm.

2. Prohibited conduct

The Company prohibits, and will not knowingly permit, host, or monetize: (a) any content produced through, depicting, promoting, or facilitating human trafficking, sex trafficking, or sexual exploitation; (b) any content depicting a person under 18 years of age, or presented so as to suggest a person is under 18; (c) any content produced without the informed, documented, and revocable consent of every person depicted; (d) the use of the Site to advertise, solicit, or facilitate prostitution or any commercial sex act, consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2421A and the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA); and (e) any conduct by employees, contractors, or business partners that facilitates any of the foregoing.

3. Production controls

All content on the Site is produced by the Company's own studio. Before any recording: (a) every performer's identity and age (18 years or older) are verified against government-issued identification, with records maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257; (b) every performer executes a written agreement and content-specific consent documenting the acts to be depicted; and (c) performers participate voluntarily, are compensated, and retain the right to withdraw consent to future distribution and to request removal of content in which they appear under our Content Removal & Complaints policy. The Site does not accept third-party or user-uploaded content.

4. Reporting

Anyone who believes that any content on the Site involves trafficking, coercion, a minor, or any other form of exploitation should report it immediately to [email protected] (subject line “Trafficking Report”). Reports may be made anonymously and are reviewed with priority ahead of the ordinary 5-working-day removal timeline; content reasonably suspected to involve trafficking or a minor is disabled immediately pending review. In an emergency, call 911.

5. Enforcement and cooperation with authorities

Violations of this Policy result in immediate removal of the affected content and termination of any associated account or business relationship. The Company reports apparent violations of child-exploitation laws to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and cooperates with law enforcement investigations and lawful requests concerning trafficking or exploitation, including preservation of relevant records.

6. Review

The Company reviews this Policy at least annually and whenever applicable law or card-network rules change, and trains personnel involved in production and moderation on its requirements.

18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A Record-Keeping Compliance Statement

All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on girlsdovr.com were at least 18 years of age at the time those visual depictions were created.

All content on girlsdovr.com is produced in-house by Divine Entertainment LLC. In compliance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the operator maintains records for every performer — including government-issued photo identification verifying age and identity, and signed releases — which are kept on file by the Custodian of Records listed below and are available for inspection by authorized inspectors as required by law.

Cookie Policy

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand which scenes are popular. We don't use third-party advertising trackers. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser — note that doing so will sign you out.

Age verification is handled by our verification provider, not by our cookies. Whether you have passed the age check is stored by that provider's embedded script in your browser, under its own terms — we do not set an age cookie ourselves, and clearing our cookies does not necessarily reset it. Clearing your browser's site data for this site will.
